CANCELLATION POLICY
To ensure a smooth and fair experience for all clients, please be aware of the following policies: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the service cost. No-show appointments without prior notice will result in a 100% charge of the service cost to the card on file. If you need to reschedule, I will find the next available appointment, which may be weeks or months out depending on my schedule. Please notify me if you expect to be late—arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service time to avoid disrupting the schedule for other clients. For appointments on my day off, an additional $20 fee will apply. All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
